  3. Trina and Caleb, a friend of mine sent your blog to me that knows some friends of yours. Anyway, they thought I might be able to help in answering any questions you might have with everything you will go through day to day while Bryce gets stronger. My son was born at 25 weeks while we were in Austin for a wedding. He was the size of a 23 weeker due to my HELLP syndrome. We went through everything possible with him and he is now 14 months old and starting to walk and talk. If it is ok with you I would love to get in contact with you and also send your info to two of my very good friends that also went through the same things. Although my son and my friends daughter were at St. Davids, my other friends son was at Dell. She knows that place inside and out. There is a book that might help you in understanding all the terminology the doctors say and procedures they perform. It is called the Premature Baby Book and you can get it at any book store. It saved my life in being able to understand what was going on during his battle. Everyday will be a rollercoaster for you and your family but it will only get better. You will see Bryce reach daily milestones that you never thought were possible and the first time you get to pick him up either in the incubator to hold in your hands or kangaroo hold will be the best day of your life. If you would like to see a little bit about my sons journey I had a blog for him (which I am horrible and have not updated in several months) but it is www.blakedanielpokluda.blogspot.com please feel free to get in touch with me if there is anything I can do to help you and answer any questions. It is the most wonderful thing to have such a large support system, but it is very hard to talk to people about what is going on unless they really understand and have been there. My family will be praying for you Bryce and Caleb. GOD does such wonderful and miraculous things. Bryce is and will alwasys be your miracle baby. Congrats on such a sweet little man.
